This is where I found out about the CD on info paper on the tables there! Myself and the wife had a grand time of coarse and even got him to sign my DVD which I brought from him, so get it too it's great to have for the memory and great live blues and a few words from Jack too for good measure!
Well Folks,
I just can't believe that next July will be 10 years for this little old Blues festival, which gave me many great live artist playing the blues right in you face and giving the people what they came for in the first place the BLUES!
When I think over the past about all the great acts which hit the stage and played live BLUES straight at us with no gimmicks, just real music.

Sorry for the above pictures were taken by Eddy B and I'm going to find some others to replace them or get permission by Eddy B first OK folks! Long Live the Blues!
The first big artist which really took me to another place was Dutch Mason whom by then only heard his LPs. When he finish his show I knew then why he was called, "Priminster of the Blues". So this July I got to see his son Garrett Mason which blew me away by his performance. The Blues is just moving towards the future with such great up and comming new artists that have good family roots bedded so thick that it 'll bleeds BLUE!
Now I have to mention the great Downchild Blues Band that was on the very first Porquis Blues festival back in 1998 and burn the stage and floor with thier rip roaring music bopping to the blues. They are the first great BLUES band in Canada to show the world why Canadians get the BLUES too!
Since the festival started I've gotten to see many acts from Amos Garret to the one and only Jake Thomas with the Fundamentals and even get to see a few buddies from the past such as Big Daddy G and J.W. Jones Band. Jones, as just put another great CD out called, "19 Days of Kissing", so fans get this one and spread the word of this fine guitar player and singer too.
I got to say a few words on Paul James whom is a huge show-manship on stage and in the crowds, he does get everyone going to his beat the Rockin' Blues!
Now the little woman above as so much going for her with singing, playing guitar and she's sure is a looker too! It's a full package coming from an up and coming woman of the BLUES. and a sexy name too, Roxanne Potvin.

Maybe one of these years Little Liza Gibbins of Sab's Band will put her own CD out of her own taste of the Blues? Still waiting for the Shaftmen to release thier CD out of Timmins someday?
Well, Folks.
Here are scans of the CD which just came out and I got it here at "Beyond's Sound" store own by a great guy named, "YO".
I quest you can also get it by any of the artist on the CD, by the way it has some great music on the CD even thro most are from the artists CDs.
I do like the Jack De Keyzer's song which is from his 1994 called, Wild At Heart. Little Lisa Gibson's Chain of Fools is just awsome and live to boot!. Hell they are all darn good stuff long live Canadian Blues!

Only one thing I don't really know where else a blues fan can get them somewhere??? Not on Sab's Web site to bad when is he's going to finish the site???
